2. If you have to be in the area and can't afford the higher priced hotels nearby (intercontinental, hyatt, etc), this is a great alternative at a very competitive price.

3. I would stay here again, loved the location, some really good staff members (Troy, Michael, Gloria and Sophia were all personally helpful to me), and the price was quite good.

6. Reasonable price, clean, comfortable, quiet room, central location in a nice neighborhood, nice touches/ammenities like a huge flat screen tv in the main living area, super comfortable beds with firm and soft pillows so you have a choice, and a better than average continental breakfast.

7. Doesn't sound like a lot, but when I'm choosing a place based upon price, the extra amount does make a difference in my choice.

8. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and had the standard Holiday Inn selection: egg, sausage/bacon, biscuit, gravy, toast, cereal, milk, juice, and pancakes.
