1. Very nice room, seems newly refurbished, large space, comfortable bed, microwave, refrig, hair dryer, safe, large mirror on bathroom door, nice shower head, etc. Plus, it is not far from highway, so you can easily get to Los Angeles (about 20-25 minutes to LA downtown).

2. The bathroom had grout between the tile that appeared to be tinted green by the water (like the green on a leaky copper water pipe), mold in the grout in the shower, was missing floor molding (no pun intended), and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple locations.

3. Bathroom picture shows nice granite vanity, but the place is filthy, smells disgusting and has no towel rods.

6. The room was clean and comfortable but there was plaster repair on the ceiling that was very unsightly and places in the bathroom that needed repair also.

7. Waterpipes in bathrooms - even in adjacent ones - worked noisy as well, you might not hear much from your neighbours except them using water.

8. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a King Size bed with 3 heavily worn pillows, linens that smelt old, a LCD television manufactured by Astar (never heard of them), and a bathroom which was quite evident of severe water damage.
