1. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the toiletries were wonderful.

5. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a King Size bed with 3 heavily worn pillows, linens that smelt old, a LCD television manufactured by Astar (never heard of them), and a bathroom which was quite evident of severe water damage.
