1. Just returned from staying 6 nights - very impressed- room was great, loved the photos hanging throughout the hotel; bathroom impressive and with a view to Hollywood sign- front desk staff always friendly and helpful- computer in hotel lobby to check e-mails - free- location was brilliant - we walked down to Hollywood Boulevard every day - safe neighbourhood- Metro buses and trains 5 minute walk (much cheaper than taxis $5 all day pass) just need lots of time when using public transport- diner on site - open till 3am- Joe's mart just next door for bottles of water - cheap.

2. Pros - Location is excellent, 5 mins walk from Hollywood Blvd, only 2 minutes from Hwy 101, very helpful front desk, free parking in LA!, famous 101coffee shop next door.

10. but that means no bubble baths either ;))Other than that, you had the very big-screen TV (with a surprising amount of channels), a great A/C unit and solid Wi-Fi service (you have to get the password from the front desk).
