1. And when I see the managers response to the reviews, I see a bunch of excuses, but I have yet to see any offers of resolution--there's always a reason that they 'can't do anything about it'.

9. Although there were a couple of glitches during our stay, the manager quickly resolved both of them and went out of his way to not only correct the problems, but made every effort to acknowledge them and take complete responsibility.
