1. Every staff member that we encountered - front desk, doorman, parking attendants, restaurant staff were polite, friendly, and made us feel special.

7. Calabasas, only a couple of miles away, is a nice choice for a quaint town with good restaurants and shops.

9. When I travel to this area I used to stay at the Marriott in Sherman Oaks, but for the same cost this is a better value with many more amenities and close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping.
