1. Some were pleasant and accommodated us when there were problems and others were just rude and could care less if we stayed or left!(Evening female front desk) Overall, I can handle that since it was a great price and again the breakfast bar was really nice and included in the price.

3. George at the front desk was extremely helpful, we were on the 4th floor and the coke machine would not take dollar bills, i went to the front desk and George said he did not have change, instead of leaving it at that, George got me a pitcher of coke (i tipped him $3 though as this was really Nice.
