1. The hotel management was exceptionally helpful and friendly (especially Edison, the General Manager, who seemed to take a personal interest in each guest's comfort).

6. The front desk managers are oblivious to this and I suggest Holiday Inn get rid of these empty posted promises.

7. When I called them to nicely talk about it the general manager Addison was rude, could hardly speak english and would not even think about taking care of it the right way or even compromising.

9. Upon trying to resolve these problems with the manager all we got was a refusal to do anything about the problems and rude comment as we were leaving.
