3. So there is no room service, or concierge, and there are squeeky floors, spots missed by housekeeping (no vacuuming under the bed it seems) etc. However we found the staff were very helpful, and there were no problems with check in, general cleanliness etc. The best part is the location.

4. Advantages:- Good localization (near the main street, but bit a side so it was much more quiet)- Nice and clean non-smoking room- Good air condition system (but bed smell at the begin)- Price is negotiable (You can get about 10 Dollars discount if you ask) Disadvantages:- They take a deposit money and you have to wait long for a return (we are still waiting for it, after one week we do not have it on the bank account)- Continental breakfast (a donut and coffee or tee standing in fron of 'reception' or take it to the room, there are not tables)- No view from the window (only wall).
