1. Next to the hotel is a Seven Eleven and laundromat, also across the road is Subway, Chinese restaurant, small supermarket and barber also a big pharmacy that sells everything and I do mean everything.

2. Cahuenga Blvd is relatively nice and safe, and has a discount supermarket and plenty of restaurants/clubs in the very near vicinity.
