1. Additionally, the hotel is located near major freeways, restaurants, grocery & convenience stores, gas stations, a library and parks all within a 5-10 mile radius.

2. There isn't much in the area to do and you'd need a car I think but there is a supermarket across the road and restaurants/take away places very close.

4. The current room rate (in my opinion) is too much to pay for a hotel that doesn't have a restaurant, a microwave in the room, a guest laundry and a full service breakfast.
