1. After two more calls, talking with the manager and explaining the circumstances, he talked to the housekeeping staff and our money is back now - apparently minus some bank charge, but at least most of it is back.

9. The night this happened, we were pissed to find no available parking in the lot, and none on the street, so we complained to the manager, and he had us park on the sidewalk, which he said was okay since it was his property.
