1. Security:The neighborhood is unkind especially if you have to come alone at night, beggers are everywhere and number of noisy cars will wake you up all night (I'm glad that I haven't heart any gun fire yet).

2. The neighborhood is seedy and VERY dirty, the parking lot out back is badly lit, dangerous and trashy and the halls and rooms smell bad.
