6. I've been in 3star hotels and less in Mexico and nobody is rude with clients, you give tips (even for this amount) but eveybody is gentle and deserves the tip, and check out time is always 12h00, even 13h00.

7. of course the next day (after barely being able to sleep - can anyone say bedbugs?) at 12 another receptionist, this time with MAJOR attitude told me i had to get out of the room within 5minutes or they would charge me $49 late check out.
