1. Yes, some of the front desk staff are not such people oriented, but for a no frill low cost huge suites with great bathroom, it is a bargain.

10. first of all when i got there they were very rude,then i found out that there was vally parking only wich cost me another 75.00 i didnt know about the room service sucked it took them forever to clean the rooms,supposly they have cable i had about 6 channels that actually worked everything else was not working or just didnt have sound to it i will never stay at that hotel ever again.
