1. After settling in and getting ready to leave for dinner and nightlife I stopped by the front deskk and asked for the free tour tickets that were a part of the package I purchased, I was told they didn't have anymore.

7. Front desk guy wasn't very pleasant and couldn't get our car keys back from valet for whatever reason the first night, so after waiting an hour with no results we decided to walk for our dinner.
