1. I also thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to the french market and proceeded to take the trolley the entire time and didn't touch the car once (which i was able to park in a secure, locked building free of charge by the hotel).

3. It's a real pity that a lack of someone being in overall charge seems to be the root of this hotel's problems, when it has a lot of potential to be really good.
