The two twin beds uptairs had no boxsprings, just a mattress on a piece of plywood, one of the beds kept leaning to the side which my husband had to continually fix, there was no phone in the room to reach the front desk, and after 8pm good luck trying to speak with anyone at the front desk, but the icing on the cake was when my daughter kicked the blanket off of her bed and found a USED CONDOM in her sheets!needless to say that was the straw that broke the camels back , the hotel was able to find us a different hotel to end our stay in (the crown plaza is much nicer and in a better part of town and is cheaper) and they also refunded us for the night that the condom was found and our future nights stay.
