Although the room service is slow (there`s basically just one guy doing it), the food (from Jake`s) was always warm and tasty and it was always delivered with a newspaper and a smile---Concierge rallied to find us back up sitters at the last minute----but also seemed overwhelmed when asked by another member of our party to change an airline booking.
