Across the
street
was a food cart pod, which is a city block ringed with permanent food carts selling all manner of delicious, inexpensive foods.

My room overlooked some of Portland's iconic food carts across the

and I even had a view of the Starlight parade the Saturday I was there.

street
over the dumpsters for the bar, and it was noisy), and we were very pleased at how quiet it was.
