Our room was cleaned to a satisfactory standard, however the cleaner forgot to replace our towels one day and when I rang the front desk to arrange some more at 8pm after returning after a day out I was told 'I have some towels here but I am too busy to bring them up so you`ll have to come and get them if you want them'.
