1. The shuttle to Sea World was nice and saved us the parking fees, but there were only a few daily runs.

9. We received no common courtesies from her like, 'Sorry for the inconvenience' or 'Is there something we can do?' Oh and by the way, this hotel has no amenities like free WiFi, free parking, or free contential breakfast.
