1. The customer service was almost what you'd expect at the Four Seasons (it would be equal to the Four Seasons if they memorized every guest's name but that's really not necessary).

10. The Blue Pearl was great, the food was well done and very reasonably priced, they are very accommodating to children (always had the crayons and colouring sheets ready!) and service was friendly and fast.
