1. I thought it was closer as the information about the hotel I saw said it was in Dupont Circle, but it is really about a 15 minute walk to the Circle, and that has been a bit of a problem.

6. Through my own doing I had a mix-up with my reservation, this was sorted very professionally by Kimpton's customer service representative, she did a brilliant job resolving my problem and went above and beyond my expectations.
