5. The only slight downside was that the Champagne I had ordered to be there on ice as we arrived was not done, however I think this was a mistake by the American Express Travel Service through whom we had booked the trip and not the hotel itself.

10. Charging us 800 dollars too much without saying anything about being sorry for this mistake simply was very rude in our opinion and not what we expect from a 5 star hotel.
