1. THEN, she came through and started telling people they were not allowed to sit on their balconies? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I paid GOOD $$$$$ to stay here and now I am being dictated to were I can go in the hotel and I can't sit on my balcony? Not only was this ridiculous but the woman was rude, overbearing, and needed an attitude adjustment.
