1. Dirty carpets, upholstered chair covered in white stains of some sort, couch with pull out bed stained and worn and water or urine stains on mattress.

The water park, although my kids had fun, wasn't appealing to the eye because of huge rust stains that could be spotted all over, it sort of gave it a 'dirty' look; one of the hot tubs was completely cold, and appeared to not be functional, several of the 'toys' in the kiddie area were broken and/or missing, the arcade also had machines not functioning and the ticket counter was out-of-order.

4. The curtains had stains all over them, my toddler found all kinds of disgusting things on the floor (cheez it, trash), mold in the tub, run down ceiling in the bathroom.

When we got to our room it had smelled of smoke which we requested a non smoking room, there was a blood stain on the bed blanket, the bathroom had mold in the shower area, the bathroom was dirty and there must have been a plumbing problem because the toliet kept backing up on us and the next morning when we took showers, the 2nd person to take a shower had to stand in water.

8. There were 28 badly patched holes in our ceiling, some sort of dark red stain on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper holder, no sink stopper, and a guest could only get ice on the first floor of this five floor hotel.

10. First i was so impressed when we arrived but looks can be deceiving,As we walked into our roo we though "wow" until i walked into the bathroom and saw that there was doo doo stains in the toilet and knew we hadnt used it.
