1. So, after all of that, what is my message? Simply this, it's a wonderful resort but, if you have health problems and need a lower story room, don't trust them, it seems that the desk staff don't work together and, while one of them works with you, the other needs a lot of help on public relations.

4. The problem with Outrigger properties is that each condo unit is owned individually so it's a gamble with what you get.
