3. For the price we paid I have no complaints, If you want to pay $50-100 more a night for a room you can go to a nicer resort, but how much time do you plan on spending in your room? If I go back to Kauai I would stay here again.

5. Another complaint is that rather than closing an entire unit, they sent exterminators to the rooms while we were still there (luckily we were checking out at noon the day of when the exterminators came at 10am, so we asked for 10 minutes to gather our things asap).

9. My only complaint is the busy highway that runs along one side of the resort and a small but busy road running along the opposite side with cars driving by (some with loud booming stereo bass) at ALL hours of the day and night.
