1. During three days we were promised that the maintanence guy was to solve the problem, but each time we confronted the front desk they had not heard about the problem.

3. We tried to buy some air freshener and found that the store by the hotel was all out (maybe other people had the same problem?) and we were tired from flying all day so we didn't drive around all night trying to find a place that had air freshener.

8. We're not the type to start problems so we dealt with it and tried enjoying our vacation but in the back of my mind I felt really disgusted the whole time I was there .

9. Front desk advised us they spray for 'bugs' once a month which tells me they definitely have a roach problem at this hotel.
