1. We had no problems with noise from other guests, and we were thrilled to find a newspaper at our door every morning.

2. This time they succeeded in seating us right next to the service station; when I complained about the rattling of cutlery and asked to move, the waiter (who was very pleasant) assured us the noise would stop.

4. On our first stay I asked for a quiet room far from the elevator, and I got a noisy room right near the elevator with several other sources of noise--the outside entrance below, the moving of furniture above, and the people next door.

5. Our only complaints were the lack of service elevators (causing long waits and frequent stops) and the tapping from the wind blowing on the patio doors (which we thought was our neighbour walking around, until we realized the real source of the noise right before checking out.

6. The West Pico boulevard runs next hotel (and the outdoor pool is on this side) so there is some traffic noise, but this is not too bad.

7. Yes there is a bit of road noise With the street facing rooms but the balony door are very effective and it didn't effect our sleep.
