1. It is not the hotel's fault there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, in fact it is good value.

2. Room Service was quick and they never got the order wrong (that's a first for most hotels) - in fact, twice they sent us (my college-aged kids were next door) extra nibbles.

3. We arrived to the hotel and found that Expedia had not passed on the details of our reservation properly to the hotel so we found ourselves with the wrong type if room so be careful of booking with Expedia.

5. And even at that, hopefully you dress well, have frothy high end taste, and don't mind wondering every now and again if perhaps you're at the wrong place and instead stopped by a scene out of Mad Men - this would be the hotel for you.

6. As an aside, the bartenders stand on a lower level behind an expansive bar when entering, which is also just the wrong amount of edgy - the sofas in the lobby too deep to comfortably sit.
