1. They were a little slow at the reception area though nice enough , just not impressed with the valet ( I saw one of the guys back into a wall in some customers car ) and they were not that friendly anywhere in the hotel.

2. The only fault we had was with the wifi, my daughter had two assignments to do over the weekend and the internet was very slow and was cutting out on her.

5. What's Bad: Small rooms, very old and not updated, slow elevators, no top sheet on the bed- the comforter gets washed as a sheet and ours was quite dirty upon arrival, however it was promptly changed by room service.

6. carpets worn, sink in the bathroom of my room was cracked; elevators are hopelessly slow, toilet paper holder, from IKEA, fell off the wall as I tried to use a few pieces of paper.

10. My only minor complaint with the hotel is that there are only two lifts and they are quite slow which means quite a long wait for a lift, but I understand that this is a very old hotel so I can easily look past that.
