5. swimming pool or spa was not open at the time2 computers were available for guests - for a large hotel i expected moreBathroom was too small Although the hotel has some classy history, the room was a shuffle zone between our bags and the bedstaff were amazing and valet was good too.

7. We were given a room and then were called an hour later after settling in, that the room they had given us was too small for a rollaway so we got moved to another room, even though i was told they were fully booked.

9. We found the bed too small and uncomfortable, very loud airconditioning fan that you can not turn off, I am not a light sleeper but it kept me awake - on the second night at around 3am I asked at the check in desk if they could get someone to come and turn it off.
