1. I would compare this to any typical non-big name hotel, on the side of the road, on the outskirts of a bad town (the one you drive on past, hoping to find a holiday inn express).

7. unfriendly staff,noisy area, closed eaterydirty pool,bad parking, i will not stay at any of their hotels anymore in kona or hiloif you go to kona dive with the mantas its expensive but quite an experience.
