1. Perhaps if I were spending a week or more and with a car, I'd have looked for a condo but for the short-term in-town traveler of any age (I am 65 and go abroad frequently on business) who wants to be in Kona, Uncle Billys has value and a location hard to beat.

Picture a lush island location, dozens of open front shops and services, a park with farmer's/crafter's market across the street, youth arcade across the street,fantastic restaurants with some overlooking the harbor-waves breaking on the shore, historic churches and the historic royal palace, night life activities including hard Rock cafe.
