1. The theme that runs throughout the reviews for Arnott's is to be paid attention to, because there is no excuse for mildew, bedbugs, dirt or unfriendliness.

2. We pointed out to an employee that there was mildew on one of the bed linens,(she replied that it is damp on the Hiolo side), and that there were stains on some other bed linens, ('we just washed them, it must be oil').
