1. The $4 dollar plastic lawn/kitchen chairs had so much dirt (primarily black stains) on them it was unbelievable.

2. We pointed out to an employee that there was mildew on one of the bed linens,(she replied that it is damp on the Hiolo side), and that there were stains on some other bed linens, ('we just washed them, it must be oil').
