1. The exterior of the room and along the hallway look slightly worn and dated, but I believe that will be taken care of once they start renovating the floor on which I stayed.
"The Next Time I Am In Seattle, I'll Stay Here Again! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2012 Vote
2. In general it seems like a pretty nice hotel, and maybe our room was just not great, but overall it felt very old and dated.

3. However, it is very nice as an old hotel on the water that has been remodeled to be more up to date but still rustic.
"rustic nice " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/1/2011 Vote
4. The room was decorated in a rustic style but had a modern flat-screen television, an up-to-date bathroom, and a great gas fireplace in the corner, which also provides heating on cold nights.
"Pricy But Worth It " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/23/2011 Vote
5. Great location on the water, still the same cabin motif but the rooms have not been updated in forever, look very tired and dated, need to fix this before I would stay again.
"Tired looking " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/27/2011 Vote
6. I don't think any of the decor looked dated at all--it was a modern take on classic northwest timber decor.
"Great place, great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2011 Vote
7. The most disappointing feature of the room was the small television as the hotel website pictures show large flat-screens rather than the dated ones hiding in the top shelf of the wardrobe.
"Lovely mid-week getaway! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/3/2011 Vote
8. When we first opened the door of our room we wanted to run out, it was tiny, had big old clunky furniture, low popcorn ceilings and was so dated looking and claustrophobic we literally walked right out when to the lobby and complained and they said we can try another room.
"Claustrophobic and Needs Updating " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/21/2011 Vote
9. We find it's a great 'date night' for us, while the kids are away.
