was the bathroom with its stone floor is FREEZING and you can't go in there with bare feet.

A hotel needs to be upfront about any
issue
that might affect a guest's enjoyment during his or her stay so that the guest feels like he or she is well informed before they commit.
"I enjoyed my stay...but the hotel's site should be a bit more upfront about the nearby train tracks.. "

Another positive to add, I had an over charge
issue
on my credit card and the staff member went above and beyond to correct the
issue
and then some.
