Imagine our disappointment when we called and were curtly told that room service was not available until 6AM :(Another very picky point, was the complimentary coffee, which was awesome that we had our very own Keurig coffeemaker in the room, but there was only one caffeinated coffee packet (in addition to 2 teas and a decaff coffee packet).
