1. Oh, and by the way, the bed was very comfortable, the view we had of the stadium was unreal, the temperature, sounds in the hotel (or the lack thereof), and toiletries were all above par.

6. really nice place to stay in SD,location is great, minutes from the baseball park and the gas lamp quarter,clean and friendly modern hotel with all the usual facilities, only down point to the hotel is the lack of free parking, however it does have valet parking but its $35 per night.

7. I think this shows an astounding lack of sensitivity or customer service - how can you stand behind corporate policy to this degree? I don't know if the Indigo hotel management could not or would not make a change - or if it was an Intercontinental corporate order.
