1. When I complained at the front desk, I was given only an apology but nothing to make up for the inconvenience.

4. For these prices, they can't have decent shades? The room we were in was equipped with some kind of weird remote control system for the lights, which apparently could only be shut off or on by the remote on the bedstand--very inconvenient.
