5. The only downside to this hotel is that it is not near the 'action', so if you need frequent access to your room during the day then this is probably not the best bet for you (it`s in the heart of Wall Street).

6. On the downside, there aren`t too many dining options in the area (but we went out for dinner close by a few times and found perfectly good places) and the staff at the front desk had a hard time transferring incoming calls.
