1. I was on the 14th floor, nice and quiet room and although the decor was a little dated and the bathroom a little worn, everything worked and was more than adequate for my short business trip.

2. The lobby waiting area was somewhat worn although there are two computers and a printer there which can be used for free.
"A 3 star rating would be more appropriate...... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
3. The only hindrance to a good night's sleep, if any, was how worn out the pillows were.
"Convenient downtown location, decent rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/6/2011 Vote
4. Urine on toilet (not mine), sink plunger broken, no bathtub (only shower), toilet takes literally (I just counted) 8 flushes to get everything down, Room was just painted without time for airing out which made my nose burn, bed was indented on one side, overly firm, and uncomfortable (pillows were nice though although very worn), counted two cockroaches(one on wall, one peering out from phone, when heat/ac comes on it makes you jump out of the bed because it starts abruptly and VERY loud, and finally, The front door is supposed to be locked after midnight but seeing as how I could not sleep (I am a smoker and will not stay in a smoking room so have to go outside to smoke) at 2:43am, 3:40am, 5:14am the door was very Unlocked .
