1. My only complaint would be an odd feature of our room door: you had to really shove it closed, which caused noise that might disturb others.

8. what we found shockingly disturbing, and quite frankly, appalling was the Conrad's (and Hilton's Corporate Executive Offices) complete lack of accountability or willingness to compensate us for the loss of STOLEN property from 1 of our 2 adjoining rooms.

10. On the subject of services to our room, I have to say that room service worked almost like ninjas - each night we went to sleep, we never put the 'do not disturb up' yet never experienced the dreaded early morning wake up call in person of someone opening the door and yelling 'room service.
