2. Other reviewers noted that they thought it was inconvenient to have to take one elevator from the ground floor to the 1st and then switch to another elevator to get to the rooms.

3. I suggest they really look into getting that fixed as it's pretty inconvenient to have to stop at the desk (and wait if there is a line) all the time to have them re-programmed.
