5. We were unable to check in early (not even 10 minutes early), which was fine, but the front desk staff told us there was 'NO WAY, we have tons of people leaving and they were very busy', and they were quite rude about it.

6. When I finally got hold of the Hotel President a few days later, the gentlemen was as rude as it staff and said that he could not even file a claim to his insurance company (if they have one) because it could not possible be proven that it was his staff.
