1. The elevators were slow and I understand some of the complaints about the property; however, we had a great stay and would go back again when visiting San Francisco.

2. Only complaint is the over-priced breakfast a real disappointment as most other Hilton breakfasts great, my advice is don't bother with it and pop next door to the Dennys in the Holiday Inn or Starbucks just round the corner, definately not worth $18.

4. My only complaint was that the hot water coming out of my shower and the hot tap in the bath was tepid.

5. Our only complaint was that the noise from the floor above was loud enough to keep us awake throughout the night (in particular the squeaky beds above us.

6. Only other little complaint which was as much Pepsi's problem is over half the vending machines wouldn't accept dollars (with a vending price of $ 2 that's a lot of change to have for a family of four).

7. The only 2 complaints wireless Internet only available in lobby and when the people in the room above us moved around at all hours it was like a baby elephant up there it woke us ever night and morning.
