1. It is a non smoking building but they have a good little courtyard on the 1st floor (open air) for smokers or the only other place is outside the lobby on level L.

2. If you're a smoker (I am) there is a smokers' Oasis, a corner of the courtyard where you can smoke in peace, bliss.
